Jo served as Chief Marketing Officer (contract) at VNI from February 2024 through May 2025. During this period, she led the business’s transition from an MLM model to a fully digital, direct-to-consumer e-commerce operation.
Jo brought structure, strategic clarity, and strong creative oversight to the business at a time of significant change. She developed and delivered the company’s e-commerce marketing strategy, introducing key digital performance channels and external specialists where needed. She also helped guide tactical execution and brand positioning, with a clear focus on long-term growth and customer engagement.
In addition to building foundational tools and marketing systems, Jo supported the team with scalable content frameworks and cross-functional planning - laying the groundwork for future brand development and digital optimisation.
